2025 TOUCH OF DUTCH VENDOR REGISTRATION

We are happy to have your interest in being a vendor at the Touch of Dutch Festival this year. All applications are subject to approval.

Please note, there are no rain dates or refunds.

Vendor Responsibilities

• All tables, chairs, tents, displays, signage, etc.
• Setup Friday (Aug 8) from 4:00 -7:00 pm (CDT)
• Setup Saturday (Aug 9) from 6:00-9:00 am (CDT)
• Tear down Saturday after 4:00 pm (CDT)
  • Vendors leaving before fireworks are complete, cannot drive up to the parking lot/food court to load their vehicle.
  • Any vendor that is located in the parking lot (food court) will not be allowed to move trailers/booths until after the fireworks.

Overnight Security

• An overnight, full-time police officer will be on the festival grounds Friday night.
• Securing your booth and its contents are your responsibility.
• Do not leave cash overnight.

  • Non-Chamber member – $60
• Craft Booth (12×12)
  • DeMotte Chamber member – $68
  • Non-Chamber member – $85
• Food
  • DeMotte Chamber member – $150 (no trailer – 12×12)
  • Non-Chamber member – $170 (no trailer – 12×12)
  • DeMotte Chamber member – $300 with trailer
  • Non-Chamber member – $340 with trailer
• Electricity is $30 more per 20 amp circuit
