Vendor Setup

Help needed Friday evening and Saturday morning
Vendors MUST CHECK IN. You will direct them to the checkin area before unloading.
After a vendor is checked in, you will take them to their booth location. Vendor booth maps and vendor lists will be printed and made available.
Explain to them how we need them to be quick and organized. Encourage them to unload, and move their vehicle to the vendor parking area, before setting up their location.
There is NO DRIVING ON THE GRASS!
Remind them to place the vendor placard in their dashboard.
Advise that their vehicle will be towed if it’s not moved by the time the event starts.
You are not required to assist vendors with moving their products to their location or set up their tent. Just direct them to their location and how to set up their tent for the day.
Last hour on Saturday morning is critical to get all vendor vehicles moved away from food court and to their final parking space. The parking lot will be cordoned off at 9AM.

Booth Support

Setup 6AM – 9AM
- Setup the booth in the pavilion.
- This includes the Klompen, TShirt sales, and door prize displays.
Between 9AM – 5PM
- Answer questions from vendors and guests. Questions can be about the event, town of DeMotte, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
- Sell T-Shirts.
- Distribute door prizes.
- There must be one person at the booth at all times. Make sure to coordinate with the other volunteers so it is always attended.

Parking Coordination

Two Location
- Police Station: Only allow vendors and show car participants through. Direct others to free shuttle and parking.
- Handicap Parking: Only allow cars with handicap designations or elderly to park at NorthShore and New Millennium parking lots. Direct others to free shuttle and parking.
