We are so happy to have your interest in being a SPONSOR this year. Thank you for your support to the Chamber and the community you serve. We could not have a successful event such as the Touch of Dutch without awesome sponsors like you! Please fill out this form completely in order to determine what needs and accommodations we can provide for your valuable sponsorship.
If you will have a booth space, please note the following:
Vendor Responsibilities
- All tables, chairs, tents, displays, signage, etc.
- Setup Friday (Aug 9) from 4:00 -7:00 pm (CST)
- Setup Saturday (Aug 10) from 6:00-9:00 am (CST)
- Tear down Saturday no earlier than 4:00 pm (CST)
- All vendors are invited to stay until the fireworks
Overnight Security
- An overnight, full-time police officer will be on the festival grounds Friday night.
- Securing your booth and its contents are your responsibility.
- Do not leave cash overnight.

Attention Food Vendors
It is your responsibility to contact and obtain a Jasper County Health Permit at 219-866-4917.
Note: If you have a trailer, you may be required to have your trailer inspected at the Jasper County Health Department in Rensselaer, IN prior to the event. Failure to comply with the health department will void your ability to vend food at the Touch of Dutch.
