Because of the size of the festival and logistical needs, we will try to place vendors leaving at 4:00 PM away from the bandshell, but placement cannot be guaranteed.

Note: You may be required to have your trailer inspected at the Jasper County Health Department in Rensselaer, IN prior to the event. Failure to comply with the health department will void your Touch of Dutch application and a refund will NOT be issued. No exceptions.

If you do not list it, you cannot serve it. Be sure to list all foods and beverages you will be selling at the Touch of Dutch Festival. Efforts will be made to limit the over-duplication of foods. The event is large enough to sustain like-food vendors. All vendors may sell pop, water or commercially bagged items.

Craft Vendors

There are spaces for home-based sellers (i.e. Avon, Scentsy, Pampered Chef, etc.). These are on first come, first serve basis. No duplicate home based vendors will be allowed. However, duplicate homemade crafts and non-food vendors may be allowed. We will accept applications until the venue is filled.

Electrical Needs

All circuits are 110v. There are NO 220v circuits at the park.

This is how vendor electicity will be allocated based on selections made in your application.

Each power bollard has two plug-ins total
One plug-in = shared power with another vendor
Two plug-ins = non-shared power (exclusive use of that bollard)

Examples:

Lights + phone charger → 1 plug-in
POS system + lights → 1 plug-in
Refrigeration, warmers, or equipment that cannot share power → 2 plug-ins

If you need more than two plug-ins, please call the Chamber office. Electricity is limited and you may not receive electricity for this event. You will be notified when you are approved and invoiced if you received electricity.

Overuse of electricity may cause a power outage at your booth and could affect any vendor sharing the same circuit. If you are unsure how much power you will need, please contact the Chamber office before the event to request additional needs and help ensure a trouble-free experience for you and others.
