2022 Touch of Dutch Free / Non-Profit Vendor

This Free vendor space is for our non-profits and those community organizations that want to offer something at the Touch of Dutch in order to gain exposure for their group. An example is a local church wants to offer free games to the Touch of Dutch visitors. Your group or organization is encouraged to have brochures, giveaways or drawings during this time.

We are happy to have your interest in being a vendor this year. All booths are subject to approval. You will receive confirmation soon after your application has been processed. There are no rain dates.

All vendors are responsible for tables, chairs, tents, displays, signage etc.

  • Vendors must be set up and ready to go by 9:00am.
  • There will be no set up after 9:00am.
  • Vendors must stay until 4:00pm.

Vendor Set-up: Friday from 4-7 pm or Saturday from 6:30-8:30 am. There will be overnight, full-time security Friday night. Securing your booth and its contents are your responsibility. Do not leave cash overnight.

Deadline for vendors is August 11, 2022. Deadline for food vendors is July 29, 2022.

Business Information

If you do not have a business name, please enter your first and last name.
Your phone and e-mail will NOT be sold or shared with anyone. This will be used for Touch of Dutch correspondence only.

Booth information

Booth sizes are 12' x 12'

Tents or trailers larger than 12' x 12' are required to buy two spaces.
Enter the size of your trailer or overall booth space here.
Select one box for every 12' x 12' space you need. Call the Chamber if you need more than 2 spaces.

Booth electricity

If you need more than two circuits, please call the Chamber office at 219-987-5800. NOTE: There are NO 220 circuits at the park. Call ahead for pre-approved generator use.
You will receive only one 20amp circuit. Overuse of the circuit will result in power outage for your booth and may render you disabled for an undetermined amount of time. If you are unsure as to how much electrical draw you will consume, please contact the Chamber office prior to the event date to get more than one circuit and ensure a trouble-free experience. There is NO 220v service at the park.
You will not be approved for an information booth if you will be selling your service or product at the Touch of Dutch. You can, however, have a drawing or provide a game for your visitors.
