We are so happy to have your interest in being a VENDOR for the 2025 Jasper County Home & Garden Expo.
This event is an excellent opportunity to showcase your products, sell merchandise and make your business known to community members interested in home & garden improvement projects.
Visitors will enjoy learning how to use products, tools and items you are selling. You and your exhibit team are encouraged to include demonstrations or provide visitors hands-on opportunities to try new products.
We will have a designated presentation area for businesses and individuals interested in presenting a home or garden-related topic, tip or how-to demonstration or video.
Please be sure you have plenty of complimentary swag, business cards and flyers for the visitors to take with them.
Thank you for your support to the DeMotte & Rensselaer Chambers and the communities you serve. We could not have a successful event such as the Jasper County Home and Garden Expo without awesome businesses like you!
- $75 for Chamber members
- $100 for non-Chamber members

Because you will have a booth space, please note the following:
Vendor Responsibilities
- We will provide you with one 6′ table and 2 chairsĀ
- You need to provide all table coverings and business signage
- Setup Friday (April 4) from 8:00am – 2:00 pm (CDT)
- All vendors must be set up on Friday by 2:00pm. No Saturday set-up will be available. (The doors open to the public at 3:00pm Friday)
- Tear down Saturday no earlier than 4:00 pm (CDT)
- You must staff your booth on both days
- There will be no rain dates and no refunds
