Position Overview:
The Connection Center is a faith‑based, community-focused organization dedicated to Connecting People… Body, Soul & Spirit through programs, services, and events that uplift and support individuals and families. Our Front Desk Greeter is the first person someone meets when they walk through our doors — setting the tone for every visitor’s experience with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome all visitors with a friendly, positive attitude and make them feel valued.
Provide information about The Connection Center’s programs, services, camps, sports, sports leagues, and summer activities.
Answer basic inquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate program or staff member.
Serve as a living example of Christ’s love by showing kindness, encouragement, and care to all who enter.
Maintain a neat and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:

Excellent communication skills — friendly, patient, and approachable.
Comfortable assisting people and providing guidance about programs and activities.
A team player who embodies The Connection Center’s mission to love and connect people to the programs and services that meet their needs.
Dependable and enthusiastic about serving the community.

Volunteer Bonus:

Volunteers who contribute 10 hours per month receive a free membership to The Rec, giving them access to fitness and recreational amenities as a thank you for helping make our center welcoming and supportive.
