Boo Bash BINGO Rules

  • Halloween Strolling Event among participating businesses
  • No purchase is necessary
  • Must be 18 or older to participate
  • October 19-October 31
  • Registration is required by October 6

  1. Eligibility

    a. Any DeMotte business can participate in this shopping event.
    b. You do not need to be a DeMotte Chamber member to participate.

  2. Entry

    a. There is no entry fee.
    b. You must donate a gift or gift card for the winner of the grand prize drawing. This can be an item or product from your store or a gift card from your store or another DeMotte business.

  3. Rules

    a. This is a Halloween themed event. You are encouraged to decorate your business, but it is not required to participate.
    b. Participants will receive a Boo Bash BINGO card from the DeMotte Boo Bash on October 19th OR at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance at 516 S. Halleck Street, DeMotte. The contest will commence at that time.
    c. Participants will present the BINGO card at your business anytime between October 19th and October 31st.
    d. Instruct your staff how to process the BINGO card. A simple stamp or punch of the card with staff initials will indicate a complete process at your business.
    e. Offer something fun or unique for the participants to collect or purchase during this event. This is strongly encouraged, but not required.
    f. You must donate a gift or gift card towards the grand prize drawing. The drawing will take place on Friday, November 3rd.
    g. You can deliver your donated prize to Indiana Farm Bureau at any time before October 31st, or call the Chamber office to arrange for pick up of your donated prize.
    h. All completed BINGO cards will be turned in by the participants to Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance (DeMotte office) by October 31st.
    i. Indiana Farm Bureau and the DeMotte Chamber will perform the official drawing by noon on Friday, November 3rd at the Indiana Farm Bureau DeMotte office.
    j. The winner will be notified immediately for pick up of their grand prize. A photo will be taken and displayed on the DeMotte Chamber Facebook page, and your business will be tagged.
